Emerging from a small town in the heart of the Bulgarian mountains,

RILA shaped her identity through a profound quest for meaning, finding

solace in singing from a young age.

At just 16, spotted for her vocal abilities and singularity, she signed her

first contract in Bulgaria, while continuing her higher education, which

led her to settle in Paris, France. A number of her singles have been

picked up by MCM, D17, Virgin Radio, Clubbing TV and FG radio, and

she has made appearances on Bulgarian national TV

channels (BTV, BNT etc.).

RILA has now embarked on a more personal project, merging

cinematic soundscapes with heartfelt pop melodies, reminiscent of

artists such as Adele, Agnes Obel and Lana Del Ray. This new chapter

of her career gives her the opportunity to share her most intimate

thoughts. RILA draws from spirituality and the natural world to craft a

sound that feels timeless yet fresh, evoking universal emotions that bind

us all. She doesn’t shy away from the complexity of human

relationships, nor the highs and lows of existence. Her music captures

those moments of stillness, reflection, and perseverance, much like the

landscapes that have inspired her throughout her life.
